DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTION
Aside the opening of the Academy and positioning Gauteng as the epi-centre of football, Ibercup has been instrumental in providing and contributing to the following football initiatives:

- RCDE Bursaries for 170 players, 150 male, 20 female and 5 coaches to play and study further.
- LaLiga camps: 360 players – 120 coaches – 12 SAFA Coaches as assistants – 4 International UEFA Pro License coaches from Spain got to participate.
- Sponsored: 60 players in Johannesburg and Cape Town for the LaLiga Camps
- Training Kit and Playing Kit for 350 players
- Technical equipment; cones, balls, branded bibs (400 branded)
- Boots – 15 players have had boots purchased for them.
- Schools: 3 coaches from RCDE attend, conduct training drills whilst training the local coaches in the schools as part of the Ethembeni Christian Church program.
- Transport: Player’s travel from Orange Farm, Vaal Triangle, Daveyton, Soweto, Pretoria, Cosmo City, Tembisa, Sebokeng, Midvaal and Alexandra townships to name a few. The total mileage travelled is in excess of over 1 200km per week.
