REGISTRATION FEE: R2 500.00 (ZAR) per player / per coach/ per manager
COMPETTION DATE: The date when the tournament begins
TOURNAMENT DATE: 12 December 2024 to 16 December 2024, both days inclusive
TOTAL COST: The sum total cost of the entire team / its managers and coaches.
NON-REFUNDABLE FIRST DEPOSIT PAYABLE:
30% of the full Registration Fee – payable within 15 days of registration. Not refundable in the event of cancellation.
SECOND DEPOSIT PAYABLE
50% of the Total Cost is payable no later than 90 days prior to competition date
LAST DEPOSIT PAYABLE
100% of the Total Cost is payable no later than 60 days prior to Competition Date
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION PRIOR TO COMPETION
UP UNTIL 90 DAYS: Monies paid less the non-refundable First Deposit will be repaid.
89 DAYS AND 60 DAYS: 50% of the Total Cost is payable.
59 DAYS AND 45 DAYS: 75% of the Total Cost is payable.
44 DAYS AND 0 DAYS: 100% of the Total Cost is payable
CANCELLATION DUE TO TRANSPORT DELAYS, STRIKES, FORCE MAJEURE/ MAJOR, CAUSUS FORTUITOUS OR ANY OTHER UNFORSEEABLE AND / OR UNAVOIDABLE EVENT AND / OR OCCURANCE AND / OR INTERRUPTION OF THE EXPECTED TIMELINE:
All monies paid are non-refundable and the balance of the total cost payable (if any) will be payable.
IN THE EVENT OF A TEAM FAILING TO PARTICIPATE ON THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER:
